This experience is designed for true food lovers. With Chef Stephen Bucalo as your guide, you and your guests embark on a culinary journey where you help shape the menu from start to finish. Together, you’ll co-create courses that highlight seasonal ingredients, refined techniques, and globally inspired flavors.

Perfect for anniversaries, intimate weddings, or dinner parties where the focus is on conversation and cuisine, this package offers more than a meal — it’s an opportunity to connect directly with the chef and his passion for food.

Every event begins with a collaborative planning session, where you’ll sit down with Chef Stephen to design a menu that reflects your tastes, vision, and event style. From amuse-bouche to dessert, each dish is tailored to your preferences and elevated by the chef’s expertise.

Pre-fixe Family Style Chef Dinner Packages

If putting together or planning your event is not your idea of fun, Chef Stephen has created a couple of dinner menus to wow your guests. The contain some of our crowd favorites, and long time favorites of Chef Stephen. Each package is priced at $50 per person, with a $150 chef fee, and a minimum total billed of $1000. ( Please note the pp exception for menu 4 ). Small children in attendance too? No worries, we are happy to work with you, and provide alternative choices at a different price point. Add – ons such as pre – dinner charcuterie boards, desserts, and additional courses can be explored to reach the designated minimum price point. These menu options are served family style and not individually plated and served.

Buffet

This package is great for groups of 20 or more, specifically designed for small weddings, reunions, graduation parties, special holidays, and club events. You will work with Chef Steve on the menu, and the tailored table team will set up, cook, and clean up. This buffet features excellent service from the time the chef arrives, throughout the on site cooking experience, and for the duration of the event. The tailored table is here to deliver a polished buffet using stainless steel chafing dishes, wooden display boards, and elegant serving dishes making it an elevated buffet experience. We can also include services for glassware, silverware, and plates if needed.

Packages are priced :

  • Starting at $50 per person.
  • All packages are charged a $200 chef fee (1 chef & 1 sous chef)
  • All packages are charged a $100 server fee per server assistant. 2 server minimum. Server number allocated to the event is determined on event size. 
  • Minimum total billed is $1400.

Come event day, the tailored table team will take care of everything else so you can enjoy your time with your guests and enjoy the excellent event you have helped design and create. Fill your table like it’s Thanksgiving, amazing foods, wonderful company and unforgettable memories!

  • starting at $75 per person.
  • All packages are charged a $150 chef fee.
  • All packages are charged a $100 server assistant fee. 
  • Minimum total billed is $1000.
